Using the role-based Vendor Portal, software publishers can easily deliver, track, and manage end-user entitlements and product usage. Sentinel EMS also features a customer portal which can be used to give end-users direct access to their entitlement activation and usage data as well as empowering them to take on many simple and otherwise time-consuming entitlement management tasks such as renewals, upgrades, and audit reporting. Sentinel EMS also tracks and collects a wide variety of usage data which can in turn be used to report on a variety of business metrics.
