In our most recent edition of LEAP, we announced the official arrival of our brand new EMS and RMS platforms, full of dramatic improvements and beautiful redesigns. In our quarterly Customer Spotlight, we shared the exciting news of the extension of our relationship with German-based software company, EPLAN. Q2’s Sentinel Insights included blog posts and a webinar discussing how to optimize your operational efficiency by automating your software supply chain. We also included our latest Sentinel Best Practice Brief, which analyzed the essential elements to look for in a Software Licensing Management solution.

LEAP, Issue 2 2019

In our latest issue of LEAP, we glanced back at Q1 of 2019, while also looking towards the exciting future. We announced the highly anticipated updates to our EMS and RMS platforms, which will be released soon with dramatic improvements to the user experience. This edition of LEAP also included our recent blog post, “Survey Says: Improving Customer Satisfaction Through Automated Surveys”, where we heard from HPE on how they utilized direct user surveys to improve their customer satisfaction. We also heard from our friends at QSC on how they have been able to drive disruption and transformation to deliver customer value and how Sentinel has been an integral part of their journey to create new value for their customers and partners.
